Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Sensitive fields are protected with envelope encryption backed by a managed key service.
Trusted infrastructure
Kuomba runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with isolated environments, automated backups, and continuous monitoring.
Strict access controls
Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel, logged, and reviewed. We follow the principle of least privilege.
Limited mailbox access
When you connect a mailbox, Kuomba only reads messages relevant to your job applications and never sends email on your behalf.
Vetted third parties
Payments are handled by Stripe — we never store your card details. We work only with vetted providers that meet strict security standards.
Your data, your control
You can export or permanently delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems.
